"Product vision note: why TranZfort markets the marketplace, not an offline LLM"

"Research and vision notes are labeled clearly. Shipped product claims stay tied to the Android marketplace app."

This post replaces an older engineering essay about a 1B-parameter offline logistics model. That narrative is not the current TranZfort product claim.

What ships today

TranZfort is an Android logistics marketplace for suppliers and truckers in India:

  • Post loads and find loads
  • Booking requests, approve or reject
  • In-app chat
  • Trip stage updates with LR and POD photo uploads
  • Hindi and English UI with text-to-speech read-aloud
  • Brief disconnect helpers (queued retries, local city fallback)

Core browse, booking, and chat sync need internet. We do not market a full offline marketplace or an on-device LLM assistant.

Why we corrected the story

Public marketing and Google Play listings must match what a reviewer can verify in the app. Speculative model work and product vision belong in labeled notes, not in feature headlines.

If you are researching future assistants

We may explore richer guidance later. Until something ships and is documented in the app and Privacy Policy, treat chatbot, STT command, and offline LLM claims as out of scope for marketing.
