Is the trucker app free?+
Yes for core marketplace use under current Terms.
How do payments work?+
Freight payment is arranged directly with the supplier. TranZfort does not process or guarantee freight payments.
What does Super Load mean?+
Some cards show a Super Load chip for reviewed or priority listings. It is not instant book, live GPS, or a TranZfort payment guarantee. You still send a booking request.
Does it work without internet?+
Marketplace search, booking, and chat need internet. Some queued actions and local city helpers can help during brief disconnects.
What languages are supported?+
Hindi and English in the app UI, with text-to-speech read-aloud on supported screens.
Will it drain my battery with background GPS?+
TranZfort does not use background location collection for live tracking. Location is used for feature-gated foreground needs such as verification or milestone snapshots.
