Core marketplace access is free under current Terms. We may introduce optional paid listing products later. Freight commissions are not charged today.
Do you take commission on loads?+
No freight commission under current Terms. The commercial amount you agree with the counterparty is between you.
Where do payments happen?+
Outside TranZfort, directly between supplier and trucker.
Is Super Load a payment product?+
No. Super Load is a listing status. Any listing fee is off-platform and separate from freight settlement between users.
