Questions for suppliers

Is the supplier app free?+

Yes. Core marketplace posting and booking tools are free under current Terms. Super Load or other commercial listing terms, if any, are agreed off-platform and are separate from freight settlement.

Does Super Load mean TranZfort pays the trucker?+

No. Super Load is a listing status for reviewed or priority visibility. Freight payment stays between you and the trucker.

How do truckers find my load?+

You post a load. Truckers discover it in the marketplace feed (subject to verification and feed rules) and send booking requests. You review and decide. There is no guaranteed discovery-time SLA.

Are truckers guaranteed verified identity?+

Truckers submit documents for platform review before marketplace access. TranZfort does not guarantee identity, payment ability, or delivery performance. Verify independently before dispatch.

Can I track shipments live on a map?+

No live map tracking. You get trip stage updates and related proofs in the app.

Can my company use multiple users?+

The TranZfort supplier app is built for one supplier account. Companies that need seats and a dispatch dashboard can ask about ZAFTYS TMS on zaftys.com. TMS is not inside this Play app, and overflow publish is not a live self-serve feature today.
