Shipping as a company?
Indie suppliers use the TranZfort Android app today. ZAFTYS TMS is a separate web product for company seats and dispatch. It is not inside the TranZfort Play app. Overflow publish from TMS into TranZfort is not a live self-serve feature today. Truckers still request bookings and chat in the TranZfort app.
Feature questions
Does TranZfort include live GPS map tracking?+
No. Counterparties see trip stage updates. The app may capture a foreground location snapshot at certain milestones. There is no live map feed.
Does TranZfort process freight payments?+
No. Suppliers and truckers arrange payment directly. TranZfort does not hold or guarantee freight payments.
Does the app work fully offline?+
No. Posting, booking, marketplace search, and chat sync need internet. Some helpers can queue or use local city fallback during brief disconnects.
Is there an AI chatbot in the app?+
The app includes Hindi/English UI and text-to-speech read-aloud. It does not ship an on-device LLM assistant.
Does Super Load mean TranZfort guarantees payment?+
No. Super Load is a listing label for reviewed or priority marketplace visibility. Freight is still arranged between supplier and trucker. TranZfort does not hold or guarantee freight payments.
Is ZAFTYS TMS inside the TranZfort app?+
No. ZAFTYS TMS is a separate web product for companies. TranZfort is the Android marketplace. Overflow publish from TMS is not a live self-serve feature today.
