Many small fleet owners still start the day with broker calls. Rates change. Callbacks slip. Empty return km pile up. TranZfort is built as a logistics marketplace where truckers browse loads and send booking requests in one Android app.
The old pattern
Phone lists, WhatsApp forwards, and informal brokers still move a lot of freight in India. That works until the morning rush: many calls, uneven rates, and little shared history on the counterparty.
What the marketplace changes
In TranZfort, truckers open Find Loads, filter by origin and destination, and send a booking request. Suppliers approve or reject. Both sides can chat in-app, then advance trip stages and upload LR or POD photos when the trip runs.
This is request-and-approve coordination, not an instant book button and not a voice-command chatbot.
What we do not claim
- No on-device AI that "finds loads by voice command"
- No live GPS map feed for counterparties
- No in-app freight payment or escrow
Freight money stays between supplier and trucker outside the app. Always verify documents and vehicle fit before dispatch.
Who this helps
Indie truckers and small fleets that want a clearer path from "I need a return load" to "I requested a booking and I can chat with the supplier." For multi-seat company dispatch, see ZAFTYS TMS and our for companies page.
