Before you can post loads or accept marketplace bookings on TranZfort, the app asks for documents. Platform staff review submissions. That review unlocks marketplace actions. It is not a guarantee that every counterparty is safe. Always verify documents, vehicle fit, and payment terms yourself before dispatch.

Trucker checklist

What “Platform reviewed” means

After review, you may see a platform-reviewed badge in places. That means documents were checked for marketplace access. It does not mean TranZfort insured the trip, verified every claim forever, or guaranteed payment.

Tips that speed approval

• Use the latest valid document pages
• Match the name on the account where possible
• Complete every required step before waiting for review
• Use in-app support if something is rejected
