"Why TranZfort is a facilitator, not a carrier"

"The marketplace notice that keeps TranZfort honest."

TranZfort is a digital logistics marketplace. Suppliers post loads. Truckers find loads and send booking requests. Both sides chat and update trip stages in the Android app.

We are not a transport company.

What that means in practice

| TranZfort does | TranZfort does not | |----------------|--------------------| | Introduce suppliers and truckers | Own trucks or employ drivers | | Host booking requests and chat | Carry or store cargo | | Show trip stage updates and photo proofs | Process or guarantee freight payments | | Review documents for marketplace access | Act as escrow, insurer, or broker of record |

Freight commercial terms stay between the two users. Always verify counterparties before dispatch.

Why this wording matters

Misleading “we deliver your freight” claims create user confusion and Play Store risk. Our Terms and Privacy Policy state the same facilitator model. Marketing must match them.

How ZAFTYS fits without blurring products

ZAFTYS is a separate company brand. On zaftys.com, ZAFTYS markets industrial logistics and ZAFTYS TMS, a web ops portal. That portal is not inside the TranZfort Play app. Overflow publish into TranZfort is not a live self-serve feature today. Truckers still use the TranZfort app.

That does not turn the TranZfort Play app into a TMS or a carrier product.

Marketplace notice (short)

TranZfort introduces suppliers and truckers. We do not own trucks, employ drivers, carry cargo, or process freight payments. Always verify documents, vehicle fit, and payment terms before dispatch.

You will see this idea on key pages of tranzfort.com.
